money orders. Cashier's checks & money orders need to be made payable to "Cowboy
Boots Direct"
Shipping Policy:

for rates for 2 pair or more, or special shipping requests. If you select UPS
Flat Rate (Ground) Shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 4-7
business days. The terms for UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2nd Day Air apply once the order has been processed and shipped. Prices are subject to change.
Oak Tree Farms uses FedEx for all shipping. Generally, all Oak Tree Farms orders ship out the day after being received at the warehouse.
Cancellations/Delivery:
STOCK footwear generally gets shipped out the same day or the following
day after payment clears. Cancellations may be made if the order has not been placed with the warehouse and shipped.
We do everything within our power to ensure that your
boots are shipped within the desired time frames. However, if we do our part
in getting the package out on time and the shipping company misses the desired
delivery date, you need to file a claim directly with the shipping company for
any loss.
General Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We are sorry that the need has arisen for you to return your purchase to us. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our boots. An exchange on Caboots products, or an exchange or refund on Cowtown and Oak Tree Farms products, will be made when items are returned unworn and in new condition within 15 days of purchase.
Boots must show no sign of wear to be returned - worn or scuffed boots cannot be returned. Once boots are worn all sales are final. Returns/exchanges must be in the original box & original tags must be attached. Copy of invoice must be enclosed. If there is anything we can do to assist you with your purchase, please email us @

email us @ returns@cowboybootsdirect.net
for a return authorization code. Please be sure to include your telephone number
and email address. Please be sure to include your name, telephone number, address, order number, and email address.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; however, we will pay
similar service rate on the replacement pair of boots. In the event of a return, shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Customer Satisfaction is a Priority with us! We will work to ensure that you are a satisfied customer. Thank you for shopping @ cowboybootsdirect.net.
Policy for Exchanges or Returns for Cowtown boots:
If a pair of boots is out of stock, we will have that order custom made
at no extra cost to the customer. Make-ups take approximately 5 weeks. A prompt
exchange or refund will be made when items are returned unworn and new
condition within 15 days of purchase.

Please be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, order #, and email address. We will send you details on how to mail your boots back for return or exchange.Cowtown boots exchanges/refunds do not require an exchange or restocking fee.
When a customer returns boots for an exchange, the customer will pay shipping
for returned item and we pay for the new item to be shipped. Refunds will be
made as soon as return processing is complete.
Policy for Exchanges or Returns for Oak Tree Farms boots:
Orders generally ship out the date after being received in the warehouse by standard
delivery on FedEx.
Some sizes may require a 2-4 week special backorder time frame.
We can accept exchanges/returns for these boots, but customer must return unworn and in new condition within 15 days of purchase. There will be a 10% restocking fee. These are quality constructed boots; however, in the unlikely event of a boot having premature structural problems we will replace it. (Please realize these boots "have no gimmicks; they are 100% genuine leather and fit like a dream.")
In the even of premature structural problems, please contact us via email. Be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, order #, and email address. We will send you details on how to mail your boots back for an exchange.
Policy for Exchanges or Returns for Caboots boots:
Description - Natural Beauty:
All our boots are handmade- this means no machines- hands only, and the sewing
machines the hands use. Dye lots, leathers and computer monitors vary colors
slightly and due to the handmade process there may be variations that add to
the uniqueness and natural beauty of a handmade product- not considered a reason
for return. Occasionally leather and exotic skins will have natural scars or
small markings that are inherent to the animal skin and also not considered
to be blemishes. We do our best though to try and arrange the hide so they are
not in a conspicuous area. Such markings only add to the authenticity and natural
beauty of the product and it is understood that these markings do not compromise
the quality or durability of the boot.
All exchanges require a $10.00 exchange/shipping fee.
STOCK FOOTWEAR/PRODUCTS:

Please be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, order #, and email address. We will send you details on how to mail your boots back for an exchange.
You may exchange your footwear for another size or style or store credit good for 1 year only providing the footwear has not been worn or damaged upon your receipt. Please EMAIL for APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION CODE. All regular shipping charges do apply.
We do not reimburse shipping charges unless we made a mistake and shipped the
wrong item. ExchangeslRetums may take up to 3-4 weeks to process from the time
we receive the merchandise. If there is an impasse on a refund we will need
to charge a 15% restocking fee, however, you must EMAIL for APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION CODE.
Back Orders - Occasionally, we may run out of stock of a particular item,
in which case the item may be back ordered or, If you wish, exchanged for another
item.
DISCOUNTED CLOSEOUT FOOTWEAR/PRODUCTS: All discounted and closeout footwear is sold as is, and all sales are final. At our discretion, you may return them as credit towards a future purchase, however you must CALL FOR APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION CODE.
DELIVERY:STOCK footwear gets shipped out the same day or if orders come in after 3 pm MTN time the next day according to the chosen delivery schedule.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: We do everything within our power to ensure that your boots/shoes/footwear are shipped within the desired time frames. However, if we do our part getting the package out on time and the shipping company misses the desired delivery date, you need to file a claim directly with the shipping company for any loss. ADDITIONAL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY IN CASES OF LOSS.
